چکیده

Formal concept analysis (FCA) is a solid mathematical framework to manage information based on logic and lattice theory. It defines two explicit representations of the knowledge present in dataset as concepts implications. This paper describes an R package called [fcaR](https://CRAN.R-project.org/package=fcaR) that implements FCA's core notions techniques. Additionally, it extension FCA fuzzy datasets simplification develop automated reasoning tools. first implement techniques R. Therefore, emphasis has been put defining classes methods could be reusable extensible by community. Furthermore, incorporates interface with [arules](https://CRAN.R-project.org/package=arules) package, probably most used regarding association rules, closely related FCA. Finally, we show application use design recommender system for diagnosis neurological pathologies.

Typed Formal Concept Analysis

Formal Concept Analysis (FCA) appears to be ideal for interpreting data in domains that are a-priori unstructured. In our research we focus on complex contexts with very large and rapidly changing numbers of real-world objects – for instance, data generated on-line and tracking real-time contexts in transport, enterprise warehousing, manufacturing control or social networking activities on the ...

Formal concept analysis with hierarchically ordered attributes

Formal concept analysis is a method of exploratory data analysis that aims at the extraction of natural clusters from object–attribute data tables. The clusters, called formal concepts, are naturally interpreted as human-perceived concepts in a traditional sense and can be partially ordered by a subconcept–superconcept hierarchy. The hierarchical structure of formal concepts (so-called concept ...

Completing Terminological Axioms with Formal Concept Analysis

Description logics are a family of logic-based formalisms used to represent knowledge and reason on it. That knowledge, under the form of concepts and relationships between them called terminological axioms, is usually manually entered and used to describe objects in a given domain. That operation being tiresome, we would like to automatically learn those relationships from the set of instances...

Managing Information Fusion with Formal Concept Analysis

The main problem addressed in this paper is the merging of numerical information provided by several sources (databases, experts...). Merging pieces of information into an interpretable and useful format is a tricky task even when an information fusion method is chosen. Fusion results may not be in suitable form for being used in decision analysis. This is generally due to the fact that informa...
